Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Ray Dasher. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, you are required to contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Or, simply go to the email that has your shipping information you received from UPS. There should be a “Return my package” button and it will automatically generate a return label for you. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. You will need to return the receipt or proof of purchase along with the item.

Return by Mail

Once you have your return label; go ahead and visit any local UPS store and drop off your package with the correct return label. If your refund is approved, we will process a refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, we will notify you that we have received it and are starting the initial inspection. Once the inspection is complete, we will immediately notify you on the results of the inspection and the status of your return. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund based on your original payment method. The credit to any credit card used will be made in accordance with your card issuer’s policies.
